Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges as all pieces are made to order. Should a piece arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@annettaandco.com and we will be in touch to rectify the situation immediately. We are unable to process returns on any order that has been shipped. Please do not ship any items back to us until confirmation is received.
